• Annual fee - $19.00 a month ($228 Annually)
• Frequency of visits - 1 Annual inspection of the whole home and associated/accessible plumbing systems.
• Trip/Diagnostic fee - Included with maintenance ($89 value)
• Membership Discount - 5% on repairs and new installs (new construction/remodels excluded)
• Priority Scheduling - When you call in, you get the first available appointment. Remember Snowmaggedon? The lines......getting on "THE LIST"......Jump the line, to next available slot! Well ahead of the other callers who aren't on our Chollett protection plan!
• Warranty Extension - Extended to 90 days for repairs (from 30 days), New Installs (Craftsmanship) from 1-year to a 2-year warranty!
• The Chollett protection plan will auto renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime (Current amount paid in will be none refundable).
• The Chollett protection plan is transferable to a new owner (prepaid plans only), giving you an additional value if you need to sell your home!

What is included in Every Annual plumbing inspection

1. Water heater maintenance - Confirm proper operation and functionality (cleaning addons available for select types of water heaters)
2. Supply stops/valves - Check for proper operation and serviceability*.
3. Faucets/Shower valves - Check for leaks, drips, and proper operation.
4. Toilets - Dye tests the toilet to check for silent leaks. Inspect for cracks, wobbling, and leaks.
5. Fixture/Area Drains - Test all drainage rates of fixtures around the home. Confirm area drains terminate properly.
6. Water pressure test - to ensure your pressure reducing valve is functioning correctly.
7. Washing Machine - Hose and Valve Inspection
8. Exterior hose bibs - Check for leaks and functionality
9. Whole home Leak test - pressure testing from the meter/well thru the whole house (Accessible working shut off valve required).
10. Food waste Disposal - Inspect functionality and seal check.
11. Ice Maker - check valve and flex line behind fridge (If accessible)
12. Emergency shut off valve function testing.
13. Exposed/accessible pipe - External corrosion and leak inspection
14. If we see anything else in your home while we are there that is cause for future concern, we will inform you of our findings and recommend a reputable service company in that field (if any are known)
15. Q & A with Homeowner at the end of the service.
16. 24 HOUR EMERGENCY LINE - And last but not least you will gain access to our 24-hour member only emergency line. If its Saturday night and your pipe just burst in your ceiling, we have someone on call who will come to your rescue. Again, this is for MEMBERS only, additional fees apply for an afterhours call and work performed during the emergency. Emergencies are designated as water damage is actively being done to your home, you have no water at all, your entire sewer system is backed up and unusable, or you are smelling gas in your home. Some emergencies will be stopped/mitigated afterhours, and the repairs may take place the following day if proper material is not available.

• Tankless Water Heater Flushing (per heater) - $10.00/mo - Tankless heaters need a yearly acid flushing to maintain proper functionality of the water heater and to reduce calcium build-up on sensors and essential components.
• Additional Structure/Dwelling - $16.50/mo - Chollett Protection Plan on an additional home owned by the protection plan owner on the same property.
• Gas System Test - $5.00/mo - Test the gas system for leaks, which can occur as houses shift and move through the years.
• Dryer Vent Cleaning - $5.00/mo - Clearing of build-up from a dryer vent, which can lead to potential fires if it accumulates.
• Sewer Camera Inspection - $5.00/mo - Inspect main drain line of the house to assess forming clogs or root intrusion (known sewer clean-out access required, no digging to find it).
• Irrigation System Inspection - $10.00/mo - Inspect sprinkler head functionality. Test sprinkler zones and system timers.
